I’m Sandra Harper, a behavioral health and wellness coach, crisis counselor, and high-performance mental agility specialist, who has successfully assisted people (and teams) step into the strongest, most authentic version of themselves.

I blend evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care with practical, forward-focused life coaching to get you real results, fast. For individuals who want support navigating life transitions, identity questions, stress, burnout, or feeling stuck. Whether you’re rethinking who you are, where you’re headed, or how you want to live, this is a supportive, non-judgmental space to sort things out and move forward with intention.

 

We’ll focus on what’s actually happening in your life right now—your habits, relationships, values, and goals—and work together to build clarity, confidence, and momentum. Sessions are collaborative and practical, helping you create meaningful change at a pace that feels sustainable.

RELATIONSHIP & COUPLES COUNSELING

1 person: $80 — 50 min.         2+ people: $100—50 min.

For those who want to strengthen connection, communication, and trust with your partner. Open to all relationship styles, orientations, and structures.

 

Whether you’re feeling disconnected, navigating conflict, rebuilding intimacy, or simply want to deepen your bond, coaching-therapy offers a structured space to understand each other better and build healthier patterns together. We’ll focus on practical tools, honest conversations, and shared goals—always centered on what matters most to you as a couple.

INTIMACY, SEX & CONNECTION COACHING

$80 — 50 min.

For those who want to explore sex, intimacy, and desire in a thoughtful, shame-free way. This work can stand on its own or be integrated into broader individual or relationship coaching.

 

We only talk about what you’re comfortable with, and we move at your pace. Topics may include desire differences, communication around sex, identity and sexuality, kink or alternative dynamics, intimacy after trauma or illness, and reconnecting with pleasure and embodiment. If you have any questions, please ask!

HEALTH, ROUTINES,

& LIFE STABILITY COACHING

$80 — 50 min.

For individuals seeking support around health, daily structure, and sustainable routines—especially when life feels overwhelming or hard to manage. This is especially helpful for people navigating chronic health conditions, neurodivergence, major stress, or recovery from difficult life events.

 

Together, we’ll focus on realistic habits, systems, and supports that actually fit your life. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s stability, self-trust, and progress you can maintain over time.

My work is grounded in compassion, respect, and collaboration. I believe people are the experts on their own lives, and my role is to offer support, insight, and practical tools—not judgment or rigid rules. I value inclusivity, curiosity, and consent, and I work from a trauma-informed, client-centered approach. Above all, I aim to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and empowered to make meaningful changes that align with your values and lived experience.

Everything we use in our sessions is backed by science. We mix and match different types of coaching to fit what works best for you, since everyone is unique.

 

We often use and integrate emotion focused (EFT/EFIT), CBT, exposure, relational/attachment-based, Gottman, and narrative interventions to guide treatment.

Coaching focuses on the present and future—helping you clarify goals, build skills, and create actionable change in your life or relationships. While we may talk about emotions and past experiences as they relate to your current challenges, coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy or medical care. If you’re unsure whether coaching is the right fit, I’m happy to help you think it through during an initial conversation.

Yes. What you share in sessions is kept confidential, with limited exceptions required by law (such as concerns about immediate harm to yourself or others). Creating a space of trust and safety is essential to this work, and confidentiality is a core part of that. If you ever have questions about privacy or boundaries, I’m happy to talk them through with you.

As an out of network provider, I do not bill insurance companies directly, but I do provide assistance in helping you seek out of network benefits and reimbursements from your insurance provider.

 

Please feel free to ask more about it. I also accept private payments for those clients who elect not to use insurance or use other insurance providers. The session fee is $80 for individuals and $100 for couples and is due at the start of the session.

 

Per the 2022 No Surprises Act, individuals have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much healthcare services will cost. If applicable, you may be provided with such an estimate after scheduling an appointment or upon request.

Yes, for now. Online sessions are not only convenient, the are secure, flexible, and, as research has shown, just as effective for most people.

 

I'll meet you online at your scheduled time. In our first session, we'll talk about what's bringing you to us, your goals, and how we can work together to achieve them.

 

You can ask any questions about the coaching process during a free 15-minute consultation (over the phone or via email), in our first meeting, or anytime during your treatment.

 

Individual sessions are typically 50 minutes. For couples, sessions are also 50 minutes, but often times, couples like to meet for longer lengths of time. We can figure out what works best for you.

 

I work with individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. Many of my clients are navigating relationship challenges, health or lifestyle changes, neurodivergence, grief, or major life transitions. I also have experience supporting veterans and people managing chronic stress or illness. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit—coaching is for anyone seeking clarity, connection, and growth.
